I offer counseling telehealth video services to individuals and families residing in Washington State and Oregon State. Therapy will begin with an initial intake appointment. During this time we will explore more about what has brought you to therapy, your needs, your goals and how I can best support you. After the intake appointment we will decide how often we will meet.

The length of therapy varies for each client and is based on your desires and circumstances. As we work together, we will determine your specific needs and will continually evaluate your progress towards established hopes for therapy.

Confidentiality is a key element of the therapeutic relationship between a client and therapist. I take confidentiality seriously and will provide you with a confidential disclosure agreement outlining the terms of confidentiality during our first session together.
